1. Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked session.

2. There will be no extension of game time for customers who arrive late.

3. Participants under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 21 years old.

4. For safety reasons, participants are required to be in covered shoes.

5. Participants are responsible for paying for any damages caused through misuse.

6. Griddy Grid is not responsible for any injuries sustained during play.

7. Smoking, drugs, and alcohol are strictly prohibited.

8. Failure to comply with house rules may result in expulsion.

9. No rescheduling or refunds allowed after booking is confirmed.
